The CaptureConditions [UseCase] option is used to specify what the typical end user's capture process is like, and what kind of client-side SDK you use.

Set it to NoControl if you don't control the end user's capture process and you don't use any kind of client-side SDK. This will loosen up the verification a bit, but will result in less use friction and fewer false rejections.
